Cosmos Research Center

We'll be having a Science Party at the Galactic Headquarters of Cosmos Research Center in Encinitas. It will start at 4 PM with a swim party and a pot luck BBQ. Bring a bug, a feather, or something you'd like to see close up with our microscope. We'll also fire up the telescope to see some of the planets and some stars.

The party is open to families with children interested in learning more about science. We will be focusing the presentations towards 7-12 year olds, but children of all ages are welcome.

We invite young scientists to give presentations on their favorite science topic. We will have an LCD projector available for Powerpoint presentations, and can video tape the presentation for YouTube display if you like.
